Biography
Kelly Cronin, MSN, APRN (BC), is a nurse practitioner with the Adult Inpatient Palliative Care team. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Grand Valley State University and her graduate nursing degree at Quinnipiac University, where she trained as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and was the recipient of the Trewin Award for Academic Achievement and Leadership. Kelly has extensive nursing experience in Oncology and Medical-Surgical nursing. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Prior to joining the YNHH Palliative Care team in 2017, Kelly honed her expertise in end-of-life care, working first for Connecticut Hospice and then pioneering the virtual hospice program for Regional Hospice at Smilow Cancer Hospital. She is particularly passionate about caring for patients at the end of life.
