Arjun Ravishankar completed his medical training in Delhi University, India, following which he conducted research in the Laboratory of Epigenetics and Immunology at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. During this time, his research focused on characterizing the effects of severe COVID-19 infection on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and the immune system, resulting in a paper published in Cell, as well as other publications in leading journals such as Nature, Nature Cell Biology, etc. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, and he is presently a Clinical Fellow in the Department of Hematology/Oncology.Clinical Fellow
Paul Stockhammer is a first-year hematology / medical oncology fellow at the Smilow Cancer Center - Yale New Haven Hospital. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Yale School of Medicine in 2023. He obtained his MD/PhD degree from Medical University of Vienna, Austria, where he studied the role of transforming growth factor-ß in pleural mesothelioma and HDAC inhibitors in lung cancer. His current research in the Politi Lab focuses on oncogene-addicted lung cancer and drug resistance, investigating the relationship between oncogenic drivers (i.e. EGFR and HER2) and co-occurring genomic alterations.
