Joann Donnel

Joann Donnel, CNM, is a lifelong Connecticut resident. She graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1987, and the Baystate Medical Center Nurse Midwifery Education Program In 1998. She has extensive experience in obstetrics in addition to working in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) and hospice.Joann believes strongly in community service and volunteerism and is involved with Sacred Heart Church, Relay for Life, and the Groton Elks where she is a Past Exalted Ruler and Past Elk of the Year. She has been married for 32 years and she and her husband have five children and one grandchild.
