Biography
I am an infectious disease modeller and epidemiologist. I completed my PhD at University of Cambridge where I investigated the spread and control of dengue and chikungunya viruses. My research is motivated by investigating practical questions that can be leveraged to help informing public health decision-making processes. To do so, I use advanced statistical modelling applied to a wide a range of data sources. My current work at Yale aim to better understand the transmission dynamics of chikungunya virus to inform roll out of new vaccines.
