Jason Tomaszewski

Jay joined Yale School of Medicine in May of 2025 as communications officer for the Department of Neurosurgery, bringing over 20 years of experience in print, digital and broadcast media. His work has earned several national and regional awards, including recognition for excellence as a writer and editor from the Society of Professional Journalists.

During his career, Jay has worked in several industries beginning in news before pivoting to corporate marketing, then healthcare communications.
