Nethusan Sivanesan

Nethusan Sivanesan joined the department of Urology on June 3, 2024, as this year's Urologic Oncology Clinical Research Fellow working alongside Dr. Preston Sprenkle. Nethusan is a first-generation medical student who recently completed his third year at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. Nethusan graduated with a dual degree in Biology/Chemistry from East Carolina University. Nethusan is the founder/president of the Urology Interest Group at his home institution and was also selected as a Research Distinction Scholar working on neurovascular rejuvenation for erectile dysfunction status post prostatectomy.
