Biography

Polina Ovchinnikova, MS, is a Statistician 2 - Data Manager and Statistician at Elevate. Polina joins the team after studying health informatics and data science at the Yale School of Public Health. There, she served as a Database Curator for the ModelDB Curation Team at Yale University, where she managed the most extensive online collection of computational neuroscience models. She has also worked as a Statistical Consultant and Teaching Fellow in Biostatistics. Polina's research focuses on leveraging data-driven statistical analysis and health informatics skills to impact larger public health missions. She is proficient in R, SAS, and Python. Polina holds a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Informatics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Emmanuel College. She is excited to join the MOMS Partnership at Elevate, bringing her data science experience to support their mission.
