Biography

Sandra Sapp-Aubin, a distinguished healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience. Sandra currently serves as a Clinical Liaison Manager at Yale University School of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics. She plays a pivotal role in supporting faculty and leadership initiatives aimed at minimizing revenue loss and optimizing financial outcomes within the department. Sandra is instrumental in educating providers and leaders on productivity performance, including benchmarks and proficiency in utilizing clinical reporting to derive valuable insights and analyses for effectively addressing work relative value units work related value units (wRVU) issues. Her strong project management skills and ability to manage relationships contribute significantly to revenue management and faculty support. In addition to her strategic roles, Sandra is actively engaged in department committees and holds a master's degree in healthcare administration. She is recognized as a certified professional coder, billing and coding specialist, educator, supervisor, and manager, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. Outside of her professional commitments, Sandra is part of the New Haven local Chapter and served as its secretary in 2018, demonstrating her dedication to community involvement and leadership.
